{"id":7059,"date":"2021-03-11T16:49:37","date_gmt":"2021-03-11T19:49:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/camtra.org.br\/?p=7059"},"modified":"2021-03-11T16:49:37","modified_gmt":"2021-03-11T19:49:37","slug":"mulheres-no-mercado-de-trabalho","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/novo2023.camtra.org.br\/index.php\/2021\/03\/11\/mulheres-no-mercado-de-trabalho\/","title":{"rendered":"Mulheres no mercado de trabalho"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"fb-root\"><\/div>\n<p>Eleut\u00e9ria Amora, Coordenadora Geral da Camtra, foi entrevistada em uma mat\u00e9ria da TV Brasil sobre a dificuldade das mulheres em conseguirem trabalho.<\/p>\n<p>Em sua fala, Eleut\u00e9ria afirma que s\u00e3o as mulheres as que mais se dedicam ao trabalho, pois precisam da renda para o sustento da sua fam\u00edlia e que h\u00e1 um mito de que por ficarmos gr\u00e1vidas, em algum momento podemos atrapalhar a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de uma empresa.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo a pesquisa do IBGE, mesmo com uma maior qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o, n\u00e3o s\u00e3o as mulheres que est\u00e3o nos maiores cargos de empresas. Em 2019, as mulheres ocupavam 37,4% dos cargos gerenciais e recebiam 77,7% do rendimento dos homens.<\/p>\n<p>A pesquisa mostra tamb\u00e9m que em lares onde h\u00e1 crian\u00e7as de at\u00e9 3 anos de idade, s\u00e3o as mulheres as mais afetadas na busca por emprego. Nesta situa\u00e7\u00e3o, pouco mais da metade das mulheres (54,6%) estava efetivamente ocupada.<\/p>\n<p>Em lares sem crian\u00e7as nessa faixa et\u00e1ria, o n\u00edvel de ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o das mulheres foi de 67,2%.
